SlenderWeigh International quickly realized that the offer was not fair to the company or our customers. Here’s why : We found that there is a difference between a person who just wishes to lose weight and a person who is committed to losing weight. A person who will honestly make an effort to commit to the products, who would take the supplements as directed, not just some of the time but on a daily basis.
We found that there are many people who will purchase a product knowing that they could get there money back any time they wanted to and therefore not really committing to the “program”. Considering that SlenderWeigh is not able to watch over or hold these people’s hand we felt it was not fair to our company to make refunds to people who did not make an effort to take the products as directed then contact us to say “SlenderWeigh doesn’t work “. We knew our products worked very well if you actually took them as directed.
When we took the refund policy away, we discovered something amazing. When a customer purchased our products knowing there was no refunds they became very committed to taking the products as directed as to not waste their money. What happened as a result was that 99% of our customers all lost a substantial amount of weight and continued to reach their weight loss goals just as we promised they would when they actually took the products as directed ! This is why we say it was not fair to our customers as well to offer the refunds. When you know you have put good money into something, you’re much more committed to making it work, and it does !

Payment methods and security
SlenderWeigh accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. We also accept Money Orders and Personal checks. We process your credit card in real time across a secure connection. To protect the security of your information we DO NOT store your credit card details. For personal preference by customer or security reasons a charge from “Advanced Health Systems” or “SlenderWeigh Direct” will appear on your credit card statement for the amount of your order.
Shipping
We ship orders Monday through Friday. If orders are placed before 12 noon Monday through Friday we make every attempt to ship orders the same day that they are received. All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail and are usually in your mailbox within 2 days from the date of your order ! Orders received Friday evening through Sunday will of course not be shipped until the following Monday.
We have made every effort to keep shipping cost for our customers to a bare minimum. All orders (any size) will be charged a flat rate of only $5.05 (Priority Mail).
International Orders are charged the same rate ! ( will be shipped the best method by USPS or UPS )
Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive an e-mail with a USPS tracking number.
